Chef and Restaurateur

An experienced chef and restaurateur, Fabrizio was the Executive Chef at Paola’s Restaurant in New York City before joining Cuisinart. He has managed several other prestigious New York City restaurants, including Sign of the Dove.

Fabrizio was honored by Johnson and Wales in 2000 as a Distinguished Guest Chef and was named one of America’s Outstanding Chefs in 1992 by the National Chef’s Registry. He is the author of Simple and Enticing Recipes.

Chef and Test Kitchen Manager
With a background working in critically acclaimed restaurants around the world, from France to Israel, Beth is classically trained and apprenticed in France at an establishment in Mougins. She graduated in 1999 from The French Culinary Institute, with a grand diploma from the Classic Culinary Arts Program.

As an experienced chef, Beth uses her culinary background to develop recipes that are simple to prepare any day of the week so consumers can have variety in meal preparation without spending hours in the kitchen.
